      Most CosplayBuy items are made to order. Production time and shipping fees vary by destination and product type. Please read this page before placing an order.

      Key points: Orders ship from China. Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping. Taxes/VAT/duties (if any) are not included and may be collected by your local customs.

      1) Production & Processing Time

      • Made-to-order costumes: typically 5โ€“12 business days (depends on complexity).
      • Made-to-measure / fully custom requests: typically 14โ€“40 business days (may include pattern making, sampling, and confirmation).

      Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

      2) Shipping Carriers & Tracking

      Orders ship from China. We select the best available carrier for your destination and package type (postal lines or commercial express). Carrier selection may vary by destination, parcel size/weight, and availability.

      Common carriers may include 4PX/CNE/UPS/DHL (depending on route and availability). Tracking is sent by email after dispatch.

      3) Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

      US Free Standard Shipping over $300 Shipping cap: $120 per order Fees calculated at checkout
      • United States (US only): Free Standard Shipping is available when your order subtotal (after discounts, before shipping/taxes) is over $300.
      • For orders below $300 (and for other destinations), shipping is calculated at checkout based on product type (costumes / shoes / props / accessories) and the selected option (Standard or Express).
      • Mixed carts: Shipping may be calculated by item type and combined as one total at checkout.
      • Accessories: Lightweight accessories usually ship together with costumes/shoes and often do not add extra shipping, but may be charged when purchased alone.
      • Service fee / price-difference items: never add shipping cost.
      • Maximum shipping cap: Shipping fees are capped at $120 per order (shipping fees only). Taxes/VAT/duties (if any) are not included.

      5) Total Delivery Time

      Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

      • Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions.
      • If you need urgent delivery, please contact us before ordering.
      • Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item type and availability.
      Address accuracy matters. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct and reachable. If delivery fails or a package is lost/returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal, or no one available to sign, the customer is responsible. Re-shipping costs may apply. Refunds (if applicable) can only be processed after the package is returned; original shipping and re-shipping fees are non-refundable.

      6) VAT, Duties & Customs

      We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. We do not collect VAT/duties at checkout. Any import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

      For EU customers: imports may be subject to VAT and local handling fees based on your countryโ€™s regulations.

      Yes. We serve the UK and Europe, and ship worldwide from China.
      How do I know the final shipping fee?

      What is the total delivery time?
      Total delivery time = processing/production time + shipping time. Processing depends on whether the item is made-to-order or fully custom.
      Will I get tracking?
      Yes. Once shipped, we email a tracking link (carrier depends on destination and package type).
      Do you collect VAT or customs duties?
      No. We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any import taxes, duties, or handling fees are paid by the recipient.
