What is the shipping method?

After the costumes are finished, they will be shipped via an express courier (such as DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx) to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and most European countries; usually customers in these countries will receive the packages in 7–10 business days after shipping.

Packages shipped to the other countries may take a longer time (via EMS), about 5–12 business days after shipping.

We will not be responsible for any delay caused during delivery but not only the customs postage checking, strike etc.

If you need the item urgently but you are not within the reach of UPS or DHL, you could also choose UPS, TNT or DHL option for shipping. We will charge you some extra shipping cost, the extra shipping cost is calculated according to your detailed shipping address and the weight of your package. Once an order is handed over to the courier, carriage of the goods is solely the responsibility of the shipping company. Delivery scheduling, attempted-delivery notices, address confirmation, and any returns due to unsuccessful delivery are managed by the courier. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returns, loss, or damage while in the courier’s possession. If the parcel is returned or requires re-delivery, any fees assessed by the courier will be payable by the customer at cost. We will provide tracking details and, upon request, assist you in contacting the courier, but all resolutions and compensation are determined by the courier in accordance with their policies.
